The easiest ways to return an item are to send it back to our store or to visit our store, within 21 days of receiving your order. When you visit our store, please take your proof of purchase and we will happily provide you with an exchange.
Unfortunately we are not able to exchange if the return items were dirty, stains, damaged, body odor, cigarette smoke, unmistakable restaurant odor or perfume, washed, dry cleaned or altered.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund any item bought online or in store. We are happy to exchange your items within 21 days of the date you received your order, with proof of purchase, providing the items are in their original condition.
